POLICY

At Protekt Motion, our products are designed and built to work well and make your life easier. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If you’re not, we want to know about it.

Our Guarantee:

* 100% Satisfaction

* Contact us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund

* Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment

* Product must be in like-new, resellable condition

* Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees

If within 30 days of your purchase date you decide to return your Protekt Motion product, please contact Support@ProtektMotion.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note: Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Mailing Address for all exchanges or returns will be provided with RMA.

If you purchased your Protekt Motion through a third-party they have their own return and refund policies which may be different than Protekt Motion’s.

If you have your original order number please include it with the return request. This helps us expedite your refund and we can quickly reimburse your original purchase price to your original method of payment.

If you can't find your original order number it’s not a problem. We can almost always find you in our system if you purchased manufacture-direct.

Special Circumstances

To help protect our customers and make sure that every return is fair, we may either require proof of email confirmation/receipt or decline a return in certain situations, including:

• Products that were not purchased directly from Protekt Motion

• Items that have been used extensively and then returned

• Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster

• Items without email receipt proving ownership and we cannot locate in our order history

• On rare occasions, based upon the nature of your previous transactions with Protekt Motion

Protekt Motion and Renegade Sports Care Gear, LLC (Manufacturer) Product Warranty: on manufacturing defects or breakage for one year post purchase date. Normal wear and tear of straps and pads during product usage is not considered a defect and is not covered. Your sole remedy for any breach of this warranty is for Manufacturer to replace the affected goods or refund to you the purchase price of such goods. Unused items must be returned in re-sellable condition.

MANUFACTURER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Limitation of Liability – Manufacturer liability with respect to any goods purchased by you hereunder will not exceed the price paid by you for such goods. In no event will Manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, injury or lost profits, even if informed of their possibility.
Product Selection – You acknowledge that, in deciding to purchase a particular product, you are not relying upon any advice given to you by Manufacturer. Manufacturer will not be responsible for your selection of a particular product and its appropriateness for the treatment of the intended users particular physical condition.
Applicable law/jurisdiction – Any purchases by you will be governed by Colorado law, and you agree that any dispute arising out of the purchased goods shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Colorado and by purchasing any products hereunder you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
